Credit returns and payment refunds
A task-credit return restores credits used for a generation. It does not reverse a charge made by a payment provider. A cash-refund request is a separate billing review. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights that apply to your purchase.
Confirmed failed tasks
When the task system records a confirmed failure or cancellation eligible for a credit return, it restores the credits associated with that task. This includes a confirmed provider rejection handled as a failed request. The accounting system guards against returning the same debit repeatedly.
A lost acknowledgement, provider timeout, status-query error or delayed result saving does not by itself confirm failure. Such a task can remain unresolved while its existing request is checked or its output is saved. Credits are not automatically returned merely because a page was closed, a request was slow or a status check was interrupted. Check the same task in My Creations rather than submitting another request.
If a failed task's credit return appears missing, contact support with its task ID and the relevant account details.
Completed results and credit expiry
AI results can differ from the photo or example. Subjective dissatisfaction with a completed result does not automatically make its task failed or create a credit return. A deliberately new generation is a separate request with its own displayed charge.
Credit expiry follows the terms of the particular purchase or grant. Credits with an expiry date are excluded from the available balance after that date; active grants without an expiry date do not have a time-based expiry. A failed-task return restores the original credit source and does not extend its expiry. Returned credits whose source has expired may therefore not increase the spendable balance. No universal "credits never expire" promise is made.
Billing review
Report duplicate or incorrect charges, purchased credits that did not arrive, suspected unauthorized payments or other billing concerns through the contact page. Include the order reference, charge date, amount and a short explanation. Do not send full card details or passwords.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a cash refund. The review depends on the purchase, the issue, the payment provider and applicable rights. This policy does not impose a fixed cash-refund request window. The site does not offer an automatic self-service cash-refund process.
If a payment refund is approved, it is handled through the payment provider; associated unused credits or benefits may be adjusted. Settlement timing depends on the provider and bank. Your right to raise a payment dispute is unaffected.
