Sign in to submit an account request and follow its replies from your Support Tickets page.
Open account supportTicket replies appear in your account’s Support Tickets page. If a support email is displayed, replies to email requests arrive in your inbox. Response time depends on the request; no fixed reply time is promised.
Report prohibited content
Use account support to report impersonation, unsafe content or rights violations. If a support email is displayed above, you can also use it without signing in.
Include a task ID or relevant page reference and a short explanation. For a rights complaint, explain your connection to the content. Do not send illegal material, credentials or unrelated private photos.
What to include
The task ID or order number, if the question concerns a generation, credit debit or purchase.
The page where the issue occurred and the approximate time, including your time zone.
A short description of what you expected, what happened and any message shown on the page.
Keep sensitive information out of requests
Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, API keys, full card numbers or bank credentials.
Avoid unrelated private photos or sensitive documents. For a rights complaint, explain the issue and provide only the relevant task or page reference.
What we can help with
Uploads & task status
Upload errors, unresolved submissions or failed tasks. Include the task ID if available; an unresolved status does not automatically mean failure.
Orders & credits
Missing credits, an unfamiliar debit or billing questions. Include the task or order number without card details.
Rights & privacy
Likeness concerns and access, correction or removal requests. Explain your relationship to the affected content.
Playback & downloads
A saved result that will not play or download from your account. Include the task ID and a description of the browser issue.
Page corrections
An inaccurate product description or broken page link. Send the page and the wording or behavior that needs review.
