How Bby Wow uses account, photo, video, credit and support information.

Scope

This policy describes information processed for Bby Wow, a photo-to-video service using one uploaded photo and a fixed party-dance reference.

Information we process

  • Account and sign-in information, including your name, email, selected login provider and session records.
  • Your uploaded photo, its file information, authorization confirmation, generation settings, task status and video results.
  • Credit grants, consumption and returns, purchase records and payment-provider transaction references.
  • Connection and browser information used for authentication, security, language preferences and service operation.
  • Support tickets, messages and any attachments you choose to provide.

When purchases are available, hosted payment providers handle payment details. The application keeps the order and transaction information needed to account for the purchase. Do not put card details, passwords or verification codes in a support message.

How a generation uses your photo

An accepted photo is uploaded to the configured media storage. For the Bby Wow workflow, the service sends its photo reference, the fixed video reference and server-managed generation instructions to APIMart for Wan video processing. The request aims to use the photo's appearance and clothing with the reference video's movement and scene; the result can vary.

Successful provider output is transferred to configured storage, including Cloudflare R2, for access through your account. Task and credit records help restore an existing request after an interruption and distinguish an unresolved task from a confirmed failure.

Authentication, storage, AI generation, payment and any enabled analytics or support providers also process information under their own terms. This policy does not make a blanket promise about a provider's training use or retention. Avoid uploading material that you are not permitted to share with these services.

Access and links

My Creations and the application's personal playback and download routes check the signed-in account. These controls do not make every underlying storage or provider URL confidential: a person with a usable media link may be able to retrieve that file. Share generated videos deliberately and keep private file references out of public posts and support screenshots.

Browser storage and optional measurement

The service uses cookies for sign-in and preferences, and browser storage for task references and submission recovery. Optional analytics can record limited product events, such as upload completion, accepted requests, observed results or checkout activity, when configured. The product-event implementation excludes photo URLs, prompts, email and raw order numbers from its event properties. Third-party tags may have their own behavior. See the cookie policy.

Retention and requests

Account, task, support and financial records and stored media may remain for service operation, dispute handling and applicable obligations. There is no published automatic deletion period for uploaded photos or generated videos. Removing browser storage or downloading a video does not delete server records or third-party copies.

Use the contact page for access, correction, removal or other privacy questions. Include only the account and task details needed to identify the request. We may need to verify account ownership and review what can be handled in the application and by its providers. A complete self-service account-erasure or data-export workflow is not currently offered. Applicable privacy rights are unaffected.

We may update this policy as the service changes; the revision date appears above.
