Cookies and browser storage
Bby Wow uses cookies and similar browser storage to operate account features and remember supported preferences. Session cookies support sign-in and authenticated actions. Language and interface storage may retain selected preferences.
Tab storage also keeps account-scoped task references, pending-submission identifiers and recovery markers. This helps the site check an existing request after a refresh instead of treating an uncertain submission as a new paid request. Clearing this storage can interrupt automatic recovery; it does not cancel an upstream task, refund credits or delete stored photos and videos. Use My Creations to review existing tasks.
Optional services
When enabled, analytics, advertising, social sign-in, payment or support integrations may use their own cookies or similar technologies. Integrations present in the code are not necessarily active. A configured Google Tag Manager container can load its published tags, whose behavior depends on the container settings.
Product measurement can keep hashed event identifiers in local storage to reduce duplicate events and retain limited recent context in tab storage. Those custom event properties exclude photos, photo URLs, prompts, email and raw order numbers. Third-party tags and hosted checkout pages may process additional information under their own policies.
Your controls
You can inspect, block or remove cookies and site storage using your browser controls. Blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in or interfere with submission recovery and preferences. The product does not currently provide a dedicated cookie-consent settings panel, and this policy does not claim that one is available.
Storage duration depends on its purpose and provider; browser storage changes do not establish a server-side data deletion period. See the privacy policy for processing and retention information, or use contact support for questions.
