The service

Bby Wow creates an AI video from one uploaded photo and a fixed party-dance reference. The photo guides the person's appearance and clothing; the reference guides movement, performance and scene. AI output can vary in identity, clothing, motion, framing and sound. A sample video illustrates the template and is not a video generated from your photo.

Available qualities and any applicable credit charge must be shown before an eligible request can be submitted. A feature or quality marked unavailable cannot be treated as a purchased or completed generation. The site does not promise an exact visual match, completion time or result for every photo.

Accounts and authorized photos

The service is for adults aged 18 or older. Keep account credentials private. Use only photos you own or have permission to use, with consent from every depicted adult for the intended AI processing and sharing. Do not submit children's portraits, intimate images, identity documents or material containing unrelated sensitive information.

You remain responsible for rights in your inputs and for how you use outputs, including any added music, text or third-party material. Bby Wow does not guarantee that an output is exclusive, copyright-protectable or cleared for every commercial use.

Content standards

Do not use the service to create, upload or distribute:

• Sexual, exploitative or non-consensual intimate content, or any content involving child sexual abuse or endangerment.
• Graphic violence, threats, encouragement of self-harm, terrorism or other severe harm.
• Hate, targeted harassment, fraud or deceptive impersonation.
• A fabricated portrayal presented as a real person's genuine actions, endorsement or a record of an actual event.
• Material that infringes another person's privacy, image rights, copyright, trademark or other rights.
• Malware, abusive automation or attempts to bypass account, payment or safety controls.

Identify shared outputs as AI-generated fiction and follow the rules of the platform where you publish them. Permission to use a photo does not authorize a prohibited use.

Generation and review

Bby Wow uses a fixed reference and server-managed instructions and requires an authorization confirmation. APIMart and its generation services may apply additional safety rules. These measures do not mean that every photo or output has independent automated screening or human approval.

An interrupted response or status check may leave a request unresolved. Return to My Creations to check the existing task. An unresolved request is not proof of failure or a reason to submit and pay for a second request automatically. Confirmed failures and credit returns follow the refund policy.

Report a concern

Use contact support for content, identity, rights or account concerns. Include a task or page reference, a short explanation and your connection to the material where relevant. Do not attach illegal material, passwords, full payment details or unrelated private photos. We may ask for necessary clarification and review the available information. A report does not guarantee removal or a fixed response time.

Access or content under our control may be restricted in response to misuse. Copies held by a provider, downloaded by someone else or published on another platform may require a separate request to that party. Use the same support route to ask for review of a decision. No automatic universal removal or account-erasure process is promised.

Credits, purchases and availability

A credit purchase and a generation request are separate transactions. Review the offer, credit charge and any expiry terms before confirming. A completed output that does not match a personal preference is not automatically a failed task. Billing questions and cash-refund requests are reviewed separately from task-credit returns.

Service availability and AI results can vary. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may revise the service and these terms; the current revision date is shown above.
